How much will interpreting cost?

The price of interpreting depends on the language combination, the number of interpreters, the complexity and length of the event, as well as the amount of equipment needed. Therefore, online interpreting from English of a one-hour business meeting will have a completely different price than several days of interpreting when visiting a production plant in Germany or in-house interpreting into eight languages at a conference with the use of full interpreting equipment.

How many participants will the event have?
Will you need us to provide interpreting equipment (a booth, microphone, headphones)? Let us know the details.
We want to prepare perfectly, so pease send us materials in advance – PPT presentations, links to the event’s website, the conference program, list of speakers, etc.
Find out how long you will need the interpreter for. Half a day represents 4 hours (or less) of the interpreter’s time, a higher number of hours counts as a full day. A full day is calculated from 4 to 8 hours and any additional time is charged separately according to the valid price list for interpreting services. If you need an interpreter for a shorter time, for example just for 30 minutes, we can agree on an hourly rate.
For longer and more demanding events that require simultaneous interpreting, please count with 2 interpreters who take turns in the booth over shorter periods.
